KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed by ASNAIRAH ABBAS PASANDALAN, Filipino, of legal age, married to
ALIBAER P. DIMAKUTA with residence and postal address at LOT 22 BLOCK 27 PHASE 1 BLOOMINGDALE,
IPONAN, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, MISAMIS ORIENTAL, 9000, Philippines, hereinafter called the VENDOR .

RUBY OCHATE PASANDALAN , Filipino, of legal age, married to ARAGASI B. PASANDALAN with postal
address at PUROK RIVERSIDE 1, MAHAYAHAY ILIGAN CITY , 9200, Philippines, hereinafter called the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is the absolute owner/possessor of a parcel of land situated at Barangay Iponan ,
Cagayan De Oro City , Island of Mindanao including improvements thereon which is more particularly
described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (100,000.00),
Philippine currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledge by the VENDOR the VENDOR hereby SELLS,
TRANSFERS, CEEDS and CONVEYS to the herein VENDEE the above-described land including all the
improvements existing thereon free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands at Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis
