MIRACLE ANDROID APPLICATION

Here we introduce a new android base mobile application

where you can find all your MIRACLE data in your android mobile
(A/c. Ledger, Product Ledger, Receivable and Payable). Just few
steps to complete this setup described below. In this setup your
Computer and Android based mobile must have connect with
(WIFI / WEB) or you can connect using data connectivity for FILE
Synchronization.

Let’s start journey with us to understand steps for how to do

and what to do in miracle and android base mobile.

A) Types of Connectivity:

1) Using FILE Connectivity

Step-1: Download new exe of Miracle 7.2 (Rel 2.0) and install.

Step-2: Install latest Android App. of Miracle in Android Mobile.

Step-3: Now open Miracle and enter the company, and now Go to
Setup  Software Setup and press Shift + F5 and Type
“ANDRSYNC” and click on OK button then Press Esc.

Step-4: Now Go to Setup Software Setup.

Step-5: Now you find an option “Android Synchronization
Required”, Change it from No to Yes.

Step-6: Now Click on Synchronization Server Name and type the

name of your PC.

Step-7: Now make Yes on Synchronization by File option and press
Esc.

Step-8: Now Go to Setup  Company Setup  Advance Module,
you can find there one option “Android Synchronization Required”
Make it Yes and press Esc, Save Changes and restart Miracle
once.

Step-9: Open that company again and Go to  Utility  Android
Sync  Manual Sync by File.

Step-10: you can find one window for save the file for file
synchronization. Just select the folder “miracledata” from Android
mobile drive (mobile must connected with PC using Data
connectivity).

Now just open Miracle application in your Mobile.

 Step-11: Enter any identification
name and mobile number.

Synchronization Type and touch on
OK button.

Step-13: Now just touch at the left

button of mobile and you can see
this screen, now touch on “New”
option.

company listed in this screen which
you transferred by data
connectivity in mobile. Just touch
that company to open.

Step-15: Now touch on that

particular year which year-data
you sent in mobile by data
connectivity. (For Example: we sent
data year 12-13 see step-10

 Step-16: Now in this screen just
touch on Sync icon for restoring
data from the zip file of
“miracledata” folder.

Now you can see the process of

synchronization from zip file.

After complete process, you can

see your Company data in
Miracle Application.

2) Using WIFI Connectivity:

Step-1: Download new exe of Miracle 7.2 (Rel 2.0) and install.

Step-2: Install latest Android App. of Miracle in Android Mobile and

connect your mobile using WIFI connection with PC.

Step-3: Now open Miracle and enter the company, and now Go to
Setup  Software Setup and press Shift + F5 and Type
“ANDRSYNC” and click on OK button then Press Esc.

Step-4: Now Go to Setup Software Setup.

Step-5: Now you find an option “Android Synchronization

Required”, Change it from No to Yes.

Step-6: Now Click on Synchronization Server Name and type the
name of your PC.

Step-7: Click on “Synchronization by WIFI” and change that option
to Yes.

Now you can see one new option “Synchronization Schedule” by

default it is “Manual” but you can set it to Automatic Time base.

In Time based setup, you can set time schedule for synchronizing
company year data, which is currently running in your System
(PC).

In this Time base system you can set time minimum 15 min and
then 30 min, 1 Hrs, 2 Hrs, 4 Hrs, 6 Hrs and maximum 8 Hrs for
synchronizing data automatically.

Here we set manually synchronizing.

Now press Esc and Save Changes.

Step-8: Now Go to Setup  Company Setup  Advance Module,

you can find there one option “Android Synchronization Required”
Make it Yes and press Esc, Save Changes and restart Miracle
once.

Step-9: Now just enter the company you can see one option
added “Android Sync” in Utility Menu and one another button
added in your status bas which is ON with WIFI symbol.

You can set WIFI connectivity OFF or ON by clicking the status bar
button.

Step-10: Now Click on “Manual Sync by Wi-Fi”.

You can see “Windows Security Alert”, Just click on “Allow

Access” button to proceed.

Now just open Miracle application in your Mobile.

 Step-11: Enter any identification
name and mobile number.
Now touch on OK button.

Step-12: Now one popup displays in PC, click on Allow button.

Touch on OK button.

Step-14: Now enter WIFI host name

or IP address of that PC.

company listed in this screen, just
touch that company to open.

Step-16: Now touch on that

particular year which year is
currently open in PC for WIFI
synchronization.

click on Allow.

3) Using WEB Connectivity:

Step-1: Download new exe of Miracle 7.2 (Rel 2.0) and install.

Step-2: Install latest Android App. of Miracle in Android Mobile.

Note: For web synchronization, your computer and mobile must

connected with internet.

Step-3: Now open Miracle and enter the company, and now Go to
Setup  Software Setup and press Shift + F5 and Type
“ANDRSYNC” and click on OK button then Press Esc.

Step-4: Now Go to Setup Software Setup.

Step-5: Now you find an option “Android Synchronization
Required”, Change it from No to Yes.

Step-6: Now Click on Synchronization Server Name and type the

name of your PC.

Step-7: Now click on synchronize by web option, change it to Yes.

Note: In this step, make sure miracle is registered, and your pc has
connected with internet.

Click on OK when registration of your pc completed.

Now you can see one new option “Synchronization Schedule” by
default it is “Manual” but you can set it to Automatic Time base.

In Time based setup, you can set time schedule for synchronize
and upload company year data, which is currently running in your
System (PC).

Press enter on “Android Synchronization Required” option.

Now you can see one new option “Web Registration”, just enter on
that option.

Step-10: When you enter on “Web Registration” option, it starts to
register your company on web using internet connection.

Step-11: After complete process one option added “Web Sync ID”,
it is a Unique ID generated by Web server. Please write down this
ID in any paper because it requires for connecting in mobile
application.

Step-12: Now press Esc and save changes.

Now restart miracle and reopen the company.

Step-13: Now you can see one option added in Utility  Android
Sync.

Now click on “Manual Sync by Web” option for upload your

company data to web.

application in your mobile (It must be
connected with internet).

Select Web and Touch on OK button.

Step-15: Enter mobile identification

name and mobile number, and
touch on OK button.

Synchronization ID that you have
written in paper, and touch on OK
button.

Step-15: Now you can see that

company listed in this screen.

Step-16: Now in PC open Utility  Android Sync  Sync Security
Web.

Click on Status button to change Status Pending to Approved. And

click on other buttons for reports which you want to display in your
mobile application.

Suppose here you click on ledger only then in application, when

you sync data you can show only ledger report, other reports are
blank.

After changes click on Save & Exit button.

Company and enter in particular
year which year was uploaded by
Web Synchronization.

Step-18: Now in this screen, just

touch on Sync icon.

your mobile will connect to web
server and downloads that data

see your Company data in

In company list touch on left sided key of

your mobile and touch on Settings.

You can see the settings.
