SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, I, Karla Jo A. Espinosa, of legal age, Filipino, of legal age and with


residence address at Block 15 Kalaw St. Eusebio Ave. Brgy. Pinagbuhatan Pasig City, do
hereby name, constitute and appoint my brother, Le Marx A. Espinosa, of legal age,
Filipino, to be my true and legal representative to act in our name and stead and to
perform the following tasks:

1. To receive and pickup my NBI Clearance from the NBI Office at


Robinsons Galleria since I am in complete bed rest due to my
pregnancy.

Hereby giving and granting unto our said attorney In-fact full Power and
Authority to do and perform any all acts and things necessary proper to be done in or
about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do
if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney In-
fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done on our behalf under and by virtue of these
presents.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have here unto affixed my signature this 26 th day of


July 2018 at Pasig City, Philippines.
