The

STEP 1: Find YOUR Profitable Idea

• Online courses are fast to develop and have high value to students (customers)
• Look into your experiences and find a compelling transformation you’ve been through
• Whether you have too many or only a few ideas, your exact topic matters less than you think

STEP 2: Price Your Course (The Right Way) & Set Income Goals
• Use premium pricing to start at the high end of your market
• Set your income goal: 4 sales of a $500 course is $2,000

STEP 3: Record Your Content (The Easy Way)

• Create an outline with at least 6 sections that leads up to your transformation
• More content isn’t better, don’t create all your content until after Step 5
• Use the record feature in Keynote or Powerpoint to record

STEP 4: Get Your School Online So It’s Real

• Create a place to collect email sign ups (your potential customers)
• Create a mobile optimized landing page that can accept payments
• Give 1 piece of content away to people who land on your page in exchange for their email

STEP 5: Presell Your Product to Test Demand

• Create urgency by reducing your initial course price for a limited time
• Provide GREAT customer support for your first customers to gather testimonials
• Use feedback to learn about your customers and where they hang out online

STEP 6: Get Your First 1,000 Subscribers

• If you don’t have an audience, now is the best time to start
• Find online communities where people are asking questions about your topic
• Contribute valuable, shareable content with a link back to your website

STEP 7: Get to $1,000 in Online Sales

• Use the audience you’ve built in Step 6 to LAUNCH your paid course
• Create urgency by limiting your initial class size and limiting its availability
