The heat exchanger for the Mud Pumps (M7 Sack store) with tag number E-92106 was inspected on March 3, 2007. The external shell and supports were in good condition with no damage or corrosion. Internally, the end plates and nozzles were also in good condition. The titanium plates inside were fitting properly at the time of inspection. External shell is carbon steel and painted.
No mechanical damage noted to external shell.
2 x Inlet and Outlet nozzles are carbon steel and in good condition with no corrosion evident.
2 x Inlet and Outlet nozzles are Cunifer and in good condition with no corrosion evident.
Vessel supports are carbon steel painted and in good condition.
2 x End Plates are carbon steel, painted and in very good condition.
The Temperature gauge located on nozzle (S1) is broken.
Earthing bond fitted and secure.
ID plate clear and in good condition.
