PROJECT EXCECUTION& PLANNING: Conduct, Manage Project Execution, Manage CSSQ (Cost, Scope, Schedule,
and Quality), Monitor and Control Risks, Acceptance. Coordinating overall project activities right from the start
up stage to the execution; involving in civil construction, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection
& commissioning, site management as well as manpower planning. Establishing project review, monitoring and
status reporting accurately to the management, presenting monthly project progress, drawing approval as per
required standards.
OPERATION & MAINTENANCE: Planning and executing predictive & preventive maintenance, schedules for
various equipment have to increase machine availability time &reliability. Implementing maintenance schedules
and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various Equipment and maintaining requisite
documents for the same. Spares management, identifying areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking steps to
