Your Tasks: 

• Install, configure and maintain systems and applications 

• Managing incidents and problems on a daily basis to minimize downtime on customer 

activities 

• Understand customer demands and propose best solutions 

• Troubleshoot system and applications issues 

• Maintaining documents, procedures and technical guides 

• Report to the team leader about activities and projects

• Customer oriented approach 

• Curious and having analytical skills 

• Self-organized and prioritize workope 

• Very good knowledge in the following technologies: 

• System: 

- Managing patching and package management, users and permissions. Disks, LVM and 

filesystems, OS-level networking 


• Internet Solutions: 

- WEB: Apache, Nginx, Varnish, CDN: Akamai, CloudFront 

- Applications: PHP, FPM, Common PHP frameworks, Magento, WordPress, Hybris 

- DB and storage: MySQL, Cloud RDS, Redis 

• Internet Protocols:  

- DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS 

• Open Source Solutions 

• Communication: Intermediate / Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) 

• Team player 

Having knowledge and experience in the following technologies is an advantage: 

• Scripting (Perl / Python / Bash) 

• Automation tools (Chef / Puppet / Ansible) 

• Cloud, Virtualization and containers (AWS, Azure, Aliyun, VMware, openstack docker) 

Experience: 

• At least 2 years of experience in Linux administration 

• Availability to work on shifts system 

• Good English skills (written and spoken)
