As a future criminologists, a researchers study the one of the problems in the


country is a highly increase of the number of illegal drug users/pushers. The
continuous conducts of project double barrel/project tokhang are highly
effective based on positive impact of the nitizens and community. The
researchers also determined the status, effectiveness, and prospects of oplan
double barrel’s level of engagement and the demographic profile of the police
personnel in terms of sex, age, educational attainment, and training attended.
The findings indicated that the extent of oplan double barrel in terms of status
and prospects were effective, however, for effectiveness, it was very effective.
It was revealed that no significant exists between the demographic profile and
extent of oplan double barrel in terms of status, effectiveness, and prospects
and the level of engagement towards attaining the a peaceful community in
the municipality of Lala, Lanao del Norte. The government should provide
access to information on its various aspects. The output of the study was the
development programs based on the findings.
