Syllabus For Machine Element II

This document outlines the syllabus for the Machine Element-II course offered by Debre Tabor University's Faculty of Technology. The course is divided into three chapters covering design of shafts, shaft couplings and clutches, and brakes. Students will learn to analyze and design different machine elements through lectures, assignments, quizzes and a final exam. By the end of the course, students will gain the ability to synthesize machine element knowledge and apply design principles to products and systems. The syllabus provides learning objectives, topics, schedules and references for each chapter.
