Detailed Lesson Plan in Science

The document provides a detailed lesson plan about the tongue and how it senses different tastes. The objectives are to label parts of the tongue, identify which parts sense different tastes, and show that taste buds cover the tongue. The lesson proper involves examining one's own tongue in a mirror, conducting a taste test of foods to identify flavors, and presenting a map of the tongue showing where each taste is sensed. Students are then evaluated on their understanding of the relationship between tongue areas and tastes.
