1. Gather and interpret data from school community data template, child friendly school
survey, child protection policy implementation checklist, student-led school watching and
hazard mapping and school report card.
2. Identify the priority improvement area
3. Discuss the root cause of the areas to be improved.
4. Formulate project design
5. Organize project work plan and budget matrix.
6. Formation of Annual Implementation Plan
7. Testing of Solutions
8. Implementation of project design
9. Monitoring and Evaluation
