RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ____________, of legal age, Filipino, married to the deceased


mortgagee _____________, and a resident of Brgy. Sta Cruz, Tinambac,
Camarines Sur, Philippines.

WITNESSETH:

That I am the compulsory heir and successor of interest of


the mortgagee in the Deed of Real Estate Mortgage executed by the
mortgagor ______________ on April 11, 2011 in favor of my deceased
spouse ______________ as the mortgagee and registered as Doc. No. 50;
Page No. 05; Book No. 03; Series of 2011 in the Notarial Register of Notary
Public Atty. _______________;

That having this date received the full amount of THREE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00), in Philippine Currency, from the
Mortgagor, which is in full and complete settlement of the obligation secured
by the said mortgage, I do hereby forever RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND
CANCEL the aforementioned Mortgage, covering the parcel of land covered
by Original Certificate of Title No. 10572 of the Registry of Deeds of
Camarines Sur situated in the Municipality of Tinambac with an area of Nine
Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Three (9, 323) square meters, more or
less.
