ADDENDUM TO

REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This ADDENDUM to Real Estate Mortgage made and executed by and


between:

ROMEO FANDIÑO AGRA, of legal age, Filipino, single, with residence at


Brgy. Santa Monica, San Pablo City, Laguna, and hereinafter referred to as
the “MORTGAGOR”,
-and-
ERWIN BELEN AGRA, of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence at 026
D. Fandiño corner Villanueva Street, Alaminos, Laguna and hereinafter
referred to as the “MORTGAGEE”.

WITNESSETH: That –

WHEREAS, the PARTIES executed a Real Estate Mortgage with


Promissory Note dated 19 October 2015 and entered in the Notarial
Register of Atty. Emmanuel E. Sandicho as Doc. No. 466; Page No. 95;
Book No. I; Series of 2015;

WHEREAS, there is a need for this addendum to clarify a fact;

NOW therefore, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. That the Real Estate Mortgage with Promissory Note dated 19


October 2015 and entered in the Notarial Register of Atty. Emmanuel
E. Sandicho as Doc. No. 466; Page No. 95; Book No. I; Series of 2015
covers only the ONE-HALF (1/2) portion of the property stated
therein. Said one-half portion being the absolute ownership of the
MORTGAGOR, Romeo F. Agra.

2. All the other stipulations in the said real estate mortgage with
promissory note remain in force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Note
