 संयंत्र में ‘शू न्य दु र्घटना “ के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के ललए – कमघचाररयों के
बीच बेहतर समन्वय बनाए रखने और कमघचाररयों के ललए स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा
और कल्याण के ललए सुलनलित उपाय करना
Better coordination among the employees to maintain and
achieve goal of “Zero Accident” at site by ensuring sound
health, safety and welfare measures for workmen.

1. First aid case happened in23rd Sept. 2019.

We were doing desiliting work at MH 3904
which is located in wazidpur nala. At the time
11:00 PM uncertainly tannery flow increased
too much because of opening of wall by un
identified persons, due to which gas levels
increased and was notified by the worker
(with the help of gas detector) inside the line
,workers present on road and safety
team(with ambulance) present there. At
same time safety team instructed to evacuate
the workers present inside the sewer line.
During evacuation, these 4 workers and
another 1 workers present on road along with
safety team got in contact with harmful gases
generated due to uncertain exceeded tannery
flow in nala. The worker present on the
manhole got in contact with harmful gases
got un-conscious and fell into Wazidpur nala,
, and 4 workers who contact with harmful
gases have been safely discharge (30.09.19)
from hospital & 4 workers was stable after
primary medication and same was released
from hospital on 01.10.2019 . The workers
which fell down into Wazidpur nala due to
harmful gases exposure was having sewerage
waste inside his mouth nose was admitted in
LALA LAJPAT RAI Hospital.
