So this is an indication that you know and can perform all the units of competency assessment is to determine you

Level of competency for ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION NC II

SO IN OAP IT IS COMPOSE OF 4 COMPETENCIES ( BASIC, COMMON, CORE AND ELECTIVE )

FOR OUR CORE COMPETENCY

1. RAISE ORGANIC CHICKEN

2. PRODUCE ORGANIC VEGETABLES

3. PRODUCE ORGANIC FERTILIZER

4. PRODUCE ORGANIC CONCOCTIONS AND EXTRACTS

SO THE DIFFERENT TEST THAT WE NEED TO PERFORM ARE THE FOLLOWING:

 Prepare for the production of various concoctions


 Process concoctions and extracts
 Package concoctions and extracts
We will collect evidences through demonstration and oral questioning
So this assessment method will help ensure you underpinning knowledge skill on OAP
SO FOR YOUR PERSONAL NEEDS our lavatory is located at the end of the hall way and
You can take your meal also to our canteen located at the lobby area
HOWEVER, DURING THE ASSESSMENT you are no longer allowed to leave the premises, OKAY? On the assessment area
AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR DIFFICULTY I UNDERSTANDING THE GIVEN INSTRUCTION

AND ONCE THE ASSESSMENT HAS ALREADY STARTED, PLEASE REFRAIN FOR ASKING QUESTION because it is no longer
allowed. IN ADDITION TO THAT, ONCE THE ASSESSMENT HAS ALREADY STARTED CELLPHONE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO THE

And also after the assessment and you have found to be confident, or THE ISSUANCE OF THIS NATIONAL CERTIFICATE
You can claim your National Certificate (5) WORKING DAYS after the assessment and you can process it for ONE DAY.
Just bring 50 pesos for the processing fee and 1 picture passport size w/ white background and with collar.

So after the assessment and you have found to be NOT COMPETENT, don’t worry about..Because YOU CAN REASSES
Anytime at your convenience. IN CASE OF FULL QUALIFICATION and you need undergo the whole assessment process
again. HOWEVER,IF YOU ABOUT TO BE COMPETENT IN SOME AREAS of the assessment or
SOME AREAS in the qualification you have to be assess to the area or unit of competencies you are found to be not yet
competent. AND IF YOU HAVE TWO CONSECUTIVE ASSESSMENT you will advice to get a refresher course before you can
apply your REASESSMENT OKAY? And INCASE you are not satisfied the result___________________you can send a letter
To the TESDA PROVINCIAL OFFICE.

During the assessment PLEASE OBSERVE SAFETY as we go along with our assessment. When accident happen,
Please call my attention immediately, SO THAT WE CAN GIVE YOUR FIRST AIDE. And when the need arise PLEASE
REMEMBER our first aid kit located at the right side of the assessment area feel free to use it.
So with regards of the results of your assessment,
WE OBSERVE STRICT CONFEDENTIALITY this is to ensure your integrity. SO THE RESULTS will be available to the
authorized personal only and to the INSTITUTION where you hands your actual training OKAY? Its very confedential.
