1. Reference: Memorandum from Iba MPS dated December 29, 2019 with
subjects same as above.

2. On December 29, 2019 at about 5:30 in the afternoon, elements of Iba


Municipal Police Station (MPS), led by PMAJ JOAN S SIBAYAN, Chief of Police,
PMAJ REYNANTE P DOLDOL, ACOP, Baloi PMS, LDN PRO10, PMAJ REX R
PEROCHO, CIDG-ZAMBALES, PLTCOL LEONARDO N MADRID, ZAMBALES PIB
arrested KAMALODING PASCAN y CARIM, 35 years old (DOB: August 30, 1985,
/POB: Brgy. Sarip Alawe, Baloi, Iligan City), single, street vendor and presently residing
at Zone 1, Iba, Zambales. The arrest was made at PRMMH, Brgy. Palanginan, Iba,
Zambales by virtue of Warrant of Arrest dated August 12, 2019 issued by HON.
LEONOR S. QUIÑONES, Judge of Regional Trial Court of Iligan City 12th Judicial
Region, Branch 06, Iligan City, docketed under Criminal Case No. 06-18036 for the
crime of Robbery by the Use of Force Upon Things. Said accused have been sentenced
by the said Court dated August 12, 2019 to suffer an imprisonment of FOUR (4) YEARS
and TWO (2) MONTHS and One (1) DAY as minimum to SIX(6) YEARS.

3. The arrested person was brought to Iba MPS by the arresting officers
namely: PMAJ JOAN S SIBAYAN, PLT ARTHUR A BITANCUR, PEMS Alex L Fortin,
PSMS Rommel Rodriguez, PMSg Rommel D Amoguis, PSSg Mark Anthony C Ledina,
PSG Fidel B Arizio, PSSg Ivan Dale J Fule, PSSg Paul Christian D Baluyot, PSSg
Jared E Untalan, PSSg Kristine K Ballaran, PSSg Manilyn L Chinyuna, PCpl Eric John
P Domulot and Pat Juliet E Laguer.
