SUBJECT : Spot Report re: Shooting Incident

DATE : April 1, 2025

1.​ On April 1, 2025 around 4:30 PM, a shooting incident transpired in front of Libertad
Ong Calderon Memorial Elementary School located in Ajong ,Sibulan, Negros Oriental
.The victim was identified as one Warren Aberquino , 21 years old, single, a college
student of Asian College and a resident of Ajong , Sibulan,Negros Oriental.

2.​ Initial investigation revealed that the victim was walking along the national highway
when a lone unidentified gunman aboard a raider 150, color black , of unknown plate
number suddenly stopped and shot the victim four times in the torso. The unidentified
suspect fled northward towards Jurisdiction, Sibulan thereafter. The victim Warren
Aberquino who sustained multiple gunshot wounds was rushed to Negros Oriental
Provincial Hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.
