AS PER THE FALSE CEILING LAYOUT FROM CONSULTANT.

2. ACCESS DOOR ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR THE VCDs IN SPD &
LPD SHAFTS DUE TO THE INSUFFICENT SPACE AVAILABILITY.

3. ALL DUCT FOR BASEMENT VENTILATION SYSTEM SHALL BE


1.2mm THICK.

4. ALL FRESH AIR DUCT SHALL BE 1.2mm THICK.

5. ALL CPD,LPD & SPD SHALL BE 1.2mm THICK.

6. ALL MOTORIZED DAMPER SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH LIMIT


SWITCH.
ROOF FLOOR
7. ALL KITCHEN EXHAUST DIFFUSER TO BE PROVIDED WITH
GREASE FILTER.

8. FRESH AIR DUCT TO BE COMPLETELEY GI DUCT


9TH FLOOR (NO FLEXIBLE DUCT).

9. ALL SMOKE AND FIRE DAMPER IN SMOKE DUCT SHALL BE


PROVIDED WITH LIMIT SWITCH AND TO BE CONNECTED TO FOR
CONTROL PANNEL.
8TH FLOOR
10. STIFF VANCE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ELBOW HAVING 450mm
TO 800mm DUCT SIZE AND 2 VANCE PROVIDED FOR ELBOW
HAVING 800mm ABOVE SIZES.

7TH FLOOR 11. ACCESS DOOR WILL BE PROVIDED IN EVERY 15 Mtr.

12. ALL DUCT ROOF SHALL BE 1.2mm THICK.
