1. Conference hall capacity 200 Max. with 2 Maharaja Chairs
2. Timings: Morning 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m Evening 5.00p.m to 10.00 p.m
3. Please book your Menu 10 days before.
4. Board Room/ Meeting Room is available for 25-30 members from 9.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m on package
basis
5. Lunch/Dinner Timings: 12.30 p.m to 3.00 p.m. Evening 7.30 p.m to 10.00 p.m
6. Lunch /Dinner Serving at Lounge – Capacity is 55-58 persons per batch ½ hour required
7. Advance payment of 50% of agreed bill is to be paid while booking the Conference Hall.
8. Any Damage done, will be charged accordingly & out side eatables & drinks are not allowed.
9. Two Rooms will be provided on 50% discount for 4hrs only, Any Damages done, will be charged
accordingly
10. For Naming Ceremony, etc. Special meals available like 5 types of Rice, 5 types of Sweets at extra cost
11. Rates are Subject to change without prior Notice.
