AREAS TO COVER BEFORE QUESTIONING:

1. Transcribe relevant behavioural examples and information from interview to question 10.
2. Give your name and position.
3. Give the name of the applicant being checked and explain the purpose of the call.
4. Ask him/her if it is convenient to talk.
5. Offer him/her the chance to get a file or other information on the applicant.
6. Describe the job, which the applicant is being considered
