This document summarizes the results of a biaxial moment analysis for the design of a fixed earth structure. The analysis yielded a required footing area of 135 square feet. It was determined that the bearing pressures and eccentricities were within acceptable limits. The effective area taking into account the eccentricities was calculated to be 94.4 square feet.
