Obligations and Contracts, Property, Insurance, Sales and Lease, Negotiable Instruments Law & Insolvency Law,
Credit Transactions, Agency, Trusts & Partnership, Natural Resources and Environmental Law w/ Land Titles and
Deeds, and Transportation Law.

• Enrolment in any subject without having passed the necessary prerequisite is not valid and will not be credited
regardless of the grade obtained.

• Students admitted to the Legal Aid Bureau shall be graded in Practice Court 1 and 2 by the Director of the
Bureau.
