CERTIFICATION

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that based on official records (Allocation Book &


Lot Data), a parcel of land identified as Lot No. 180, Cad-522-D, located at Zone
IV, Sogod, Southern Leyte, was surveyed for ROSARIO CALUPE, with an area of
THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY ONE (3,851) square meters,
surveyed on November 27, 1975 and approved on July 18, 1977.

This certifies further that based on the Technical Description previously


released by this Office, the adjoining Lot Numbers or the boundaries of the above
parcel of land, were erroneously entered as Lots 136, 135, 134, 133 and 131. That
the correct adjoining Lot Numbers based on the official record are as follows: Lots
186, 185, 184, 183 and 181. That the said erroneous entries as reflected in the
previously issued Technical Description were purely clerical error, and that aside
from the adjoining lot numbers, all other entries are true and correct as verified by
Engr. Florence Arrogante-Bataluna on March 5, 2019.

This Certification is issued upon the request of Atty. Jose Renante R. Terre,
for whatever legal purpose it may serve. Given this 7th day of March 2019, at
CENRO Maasin City, Southern Leyte.
