two (2) parcels of land located at Barangay Pagkilatan, Batangas City and declared
under Tax Declaration No. 0067-00313 with an area of 13,898 Square meters and
Tax Declaration No. 0067-00337 with an area of 1,276 Square meters, both
Agricultural Land.
That the above-mentioned property was previously owned by Sps. Lucio
Dela Roca & Eulalia Alcayde on year 1956 up until it was owned by Sps. Silvestre
Dela Roca & Priscila Arellano on year 1995 until they sold it to Mr. Allen P. Ng and
owned on year 1998 up to present. Since then up to present, the above described
properties are in long, continuous and uninterrupted possession of Mr. Allen P.
Ng and there is no adverse claimant over the said parcels of land;
That I hereby attest and certify that the above described properties owned
by Mr. Allen P. Ng was occupied and originated from Dela Roca Family since year
1956 up to year 1995.
This certification is issued this ___ day of ____, 2020 upon request of Mr.
Allen P. Ng for Titling purposes.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
1. Kung may mahahanap daw po kayong matanda na magpapatotoo
na si Manuela Balmes and dating nagmay-ari noong properties
bago nagmay-ari ang mga Dela Roca Family ay kung pwede po ay
papirmahin sa affidavit na kilala niyang nagmay-ari si Manuela
Balmes bago ang Dela Roca Family. Kung wala naman pong
mahanap na elder na nakakakilala kay Manuela Balmes ay yong
certification na lang po ang pagbabasehan sa barangay. As per
instruction of Mr. Francis Aris M. Sune (CENRO Investigation
Officer).
