should come as a volunteer to answer. Each volunteer should answer the
moment they see the picture of the musical instrument. All the correct answers

names of all the musical instruments.

Section B choose any 3

1. You have assigned a task, and some of the students have already
completed it, but others are still working.

In the above scenario if some students have finished their task for example if five
students have finished their task then they can be nominated as helpers for the
class. They will be assigned helpers for one row in the class. As helpers they can
collect the assignment papers.

By assigning them as helpers for the class will make them learn to help others and
not disturb any one. This will boost them and encourage them to work for each other
in a harmonious way. This will also channelize their energy.

Looking at these students other students who are slow will also be inspired to finish
their work next time so that they can become the helpers for the class. This will teach
the students to be disciplined and have a healthy competition.
2. One of the students has her head down on the desk and other students
are looking at her.

In this case as a teacher I would go to that particular student and enquire about the
reason why she has put her down on the desk. I would check if the student is not
well then I would take her to the sick room. Before leaving the class I would explain
to situation to other students and ask for a volunteer to monitor the class in my
absence. Then take the student out of the class and also inform her parents about
this.

After coming back to the class I would explain to the students that their friend is
unwell and she is taking rest in the sick room.

3. One or more student/is/are not participating or engaged in the lesson.

In this scenario the teacher has to ask for feedback from the students on the
teaching methods, content and also ask why they are not able to concentrate on the
lesson. Then recheck the style and mode of teaching. Also identify the styles of
learning of students. Try to make the learning creative and fun.

Always try to ignite their thinking or create the curiosity to learn. Have innovative
methods of teaching a topic for example listening exercise, activity where they can
build or create and lecture method.

After teaching a lesson the teacher should give time to the students like 3 or 4
minutes for them to understand. Later ask questions related to the topic encourage
the students to ask questions as this will help them to understand the lesson better.
Giving choices to the students will help them monitor their learning and find the
problem areas. Always discuss with the class about what problems they are facing
while learning or understanding this will help the teacher have a better idea on
developing a better and engaging lesson plan.
