SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, _____________________, married to _____________________ of legal


age, Filipino, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
_____________________ to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me
and in my name, place and stead and to do and perform the following acts,

1. To offer for sale the subject real properties, hereunder


described;

2. To sell, transfer and convey the subject properties for a total


combined price of not less than One Million Eight Hundred
Thousand Pesos Only(Php1,800,000.00) net of tax either in
cash basis or installment basis by way of manager’s check
under the name of __________________;

3. To sign the contract to sell, memorandum of agreement and


deed of absolute sale in connection with the sale/
transfer/conveyance of the subject properties;

4. To receive any manager’s check under the name of


_______________________________from any of the buyers
representing purchase price, earnest money and/or down
payment relative to the sale/transfer/conveyance of the
subject properties;

5. To sign, execute and acknowledge all such contracts, deeds,


or other instrument including the Deed of Sale as may be
necessary for the sale/transfer/conveyance of the subject
properties;

6. To sign, execute and acknowledge any and all documents,


necessary for the aforementioned sale/transfer and
conveyance of the subject property before any government
office or agency;
