that CHED will grant the college to offer the planned academic
programs under business education

Faculty Members wuill be encouraged to join professional


organizations to ensure profesional growth.

Faculty Members will be sent to different seminars and trainings (e.g.


industry immersion/ apprenticeship.)

The college will highlight the effective management practices and other
recognitions and awards during the career guidance to inform the public
that there is quality education in the college.
Faculty Members will coached and mentored by the Dean in their field
of expertise.

High Faculty Turn Over Rate

Unconducive learning environment.

Declining numbers of BSA Graduates taking CPALE.

Weakness- Opportunity Analysis

The college will continue to empower the teaching force


and encourage them to attending professional
development activities.

Retention program policy in BSA will strictly


implemented and appropriate interventions will be made.

The college will creat appropriate academic currculum


reagrding new academic programs. Benchmarking with
other universities/colleges offering the same programs
will also be conducted.
