Chief Tamba Taylor was an ancient, traditional chief that ruled in the northern province before Lofa County became a part of Liberia, he was a traditional chief. Today, Chief Zanzar Karwa is also a traditional chief in Liberia. Kindly explain, according to your notes and class discussions, the following about the two chiefs: a. How can they be said to be managers? b. What characteristics of leadership or management make each one different from the other? 2. How do the functions of management operate or interplay, in a Company that uses Deer skin to make shoes for sale? 10. Discuss the various aspects of a manager’s job, and how you think each one impacts productivity.
