 A student who cheats during a test/quiz shall automatically get zero (0) in that particular test/quiz
 During test/quiz, the seating arrangement must be strictly followed
 Periodic and Unit Tests are always announced
E. Laboratory Activities
 Usually done per group (5 groups)
 There are two (2) main (permanent) leaders assigned in each group aside from the checker, recorder, and organizer
which are chosen per laboratory activity.
Note: each member of the team should take turns in the roles performed per activity so as to maximize participation.
 Worksheets of each group is held by the group checker, then given to the checker of one group, who submits the five (5)
group reports to the subject teacher.
 Late worksheets whether group or individual will be given deductions under Punctuality
 In case of not following instructions, deductions will also be given under Accuracy
 In case of excused absence during an activity performance, the student shall receive lower than the group score
 Materials needed
1. Long brown envelope

F. Recitation
 Recitation is a sign of attentiveness and active participation.
 Recitation points depend on the difficulty of the questions answered.
 Choral recitation is discouraged.
G. Assignments, Seatworks , Projects (Other requirements)
 Should be submitted on time
 Excused absence (sickness; OB) – student will be given enough time to accomplish the assignment/seatwork/project

H. Class Routines
 Prayer leaders are assigned for opening and closing prayers daily.
