 XII – 50%
 Graduation – 65%
 Post-Graduation – 65%
Qualification  BCA + Maths/Business maths in 12th Std +
No standing Arrears
 MSc - Computer Science/Electronics/
Physics/Mathematics+ No Standing Arrears
 MSc Integrated – Not Eligible.

B. WiSTA – (With Maths)

 MSc Integrated – Not Eligible.

WASE (Wipro Academy of  QP Sections


Software Excellence). o Analytical (30 Questions)

 QP Duration
o Duration of the test is 75minutes

WiSTA- With Maths (Wipro  QP Sections

WiSTA- Without Maths  QP Sections

o Duration of the test is 60minutes
Our program would begin with a presentation followed by 3 rounds of
interview
These are:
1. Group Discussion/Topic round
2. Online Aptitude Test
3. Essay Writing
4. HR – PI Interview & Communication Skills round

All the interested candidates should carry the following


documents (MANDATORY)
 One copy of their updated CV
 Two copies of their latest passport size photograph
 Photo Identity Card (College ID/Driver’s License/Voters ID etc)
 Photo copies of all educational documents (10th, 12th, Graduation & Post
Graduation)

Our requirements from your side would be:


Pre-requisites of the Online Assessments
 The Assessment will require computer system with at least 512 MB of RAM
and an Internet connection.
 Internet Connection: The assessment would require a Lease line with
minimum speed of 1 Mbps.
 Browser Requirements: Internet Explorer (Version 7 and above), Mozilla
Firefox or Google Chrome
 Please Block all POP UP’s and Screen Saver.
 An LCD Projector & Projection Screen (For the Presentation)
 One Control room for all operational activities (with lock & key)
 3 student coordinators to help with miscellaneous tasks

The Stipend paid is as below :

 Year 1 – Rs. 11.500/-


 Year 2 - Rs. 14,000/-
 Year 3 – Rs. 19,000/-
 Year 4 Rs. 23,000/-

The Job location of the candidates will be as per their 3 choices made on
priority basis. However, they are required to be flexible as per the
requirement of the organization.
Please note this process will be purely on non-commercial basis. Wipro does not
charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process. Wipro has not authorized
any agency/partner to collect any fee for recruitment.
