Wipro TalentNext Hiring Process Note | Elite 2021

Dear Academic Partner,


Greetings from Wipro!
Hope you and your family are healthy and safe during these uncertain and unprecedented
times

Thank you for your active participation in our TalentNext program 2021 so far. With the
commencement of our Campus Hiring Season 2021 we look forward to complete the hiring
process for the TalentNext Candidates:

It gives me immense pleasure to announce the TalentNext Final Assessment to be


conducted on 3rd Nov 2020 for all the candidates who have successfully completed any
2 Milestones among three milestones.

Post clearing the final TalentNext assessment the candidate will have to undergo verbal and
written communication test on 5th Nov 2020.

Last date to complete the registration process is 1st Nov 2020.

The location campus lead of your region would reach out to you shortly with the list of
TalentNext qualified students alongwith the registration link.

Key Features & Eligibility criteria


 10th Standard – minimum 60%

 12th Standard – minimum 60%

 Graduation – minimum 60% or 6.0 GPA as per respective


Eligibility University Guidelines

 Only full time education is allowed

 Correspondence and distance learning courses throughout


the academics are not allowed
2021 ONLY
Year of Passing (Maximum three years of gap, if any, between 10th & graduation)
No Backlogs/Arrears

Qualification BE/B.Tech
Streams - CS / IT / Circuital.
Online Assessment
i. Talent Next Final Assessment
Section 1 – MCQ [30 questions, 35 minutes, 30 marks]
Section 2 – Logic Programming [2 questions, 100 minutes,
70 marks]
ii. Candidates who clears Talent Next final
Selection Process assessment will have to take Verbal and Written
Communication Test.
 English Comprehension (20 Minutes)
 Written Communications Test (20 minutes)
Mode of Test : Webcam Proctored Environment.
Candidates who clears the online test would go through Technical
& HR Interview (Virtual interview process)

Compensation Salary: INR 3.5 Lakh P.A.

Service Agreement 12 Months service Agreement @ 75,000 INR on Pro rata basis

As per the process, the TalentNext qualified candidates will have an option to opt out if they
wish to attend the participate in National Talent Hunt (subject to Wipro’s discretion).

Please advise the candidates to register for TalentNext process using the same email ID
which was used earlier when they registered for the learning process.
