Eligibility: Education:

 10th & 12th: Pass


 Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA
 Degrees: BCA or B.Sc (CS, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics,
Physics)

 Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025


 Backlogs: Max 1 active backlog allowed till interview
 Gap: Max 3 years from 10th to graduation; no gaps during graduation.

Job Type: Full-time, Educational + Work-based program.

Salary:-

Year Monthly Stipend (INR)


1st 15,000 + 488 (ESI)
2nd 17,000 + 553 (ESI)
3rd 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
4th 23,000
 Joining Bonus: ₹75,000
 Service Bond: 5 years (₹75,000 pro-rata if breached)

Role Summary:

Wipro’s WILP offers BCA/B.Sc graduates the opportunity to work full-time in


IT while pursuing an M.Tech, with a structured stipend, upskilling, and
career growth over a 5-year bonded period.

Key Responsibilities:

 Work on IT and software development projects

 Participate in pre-skilling and upskilling sessions

 Attend higher education courses (M.Tech)

 Collaborate in team-based technical tasks

Skills :

 Basic programming knowledge

 Logical and analytical thinking

 Good communication (for voice assessment)

 Eagerness to learn and grow in IT

Service agreement:
The agreement period is 60 months from the joining date. The candidate will be
liable to pay a sum of 75000 INR on pro rata basis if they leave the organization
before the completion of the service agreement.
