high) school counselors.

Host Meet & Greet with School Counselors. August 2020/ Ongoing

Develop a needs assessment and send to school August 2020


counselors.

Meet with Director of Career Pathways and August 2020/ Ongoing


Instructional Specialist for Elementary School
Counseling to determine procedures. (monthly)

Meet with school counselors to determine August 2020/ Ongoing


strategies and needs.

Meet with school counseling directors to review August 2020/ongoing


and implement strategies to support students.
(Monthly)

Plan professional development opportunities to August 2020/ Ongoing


support school counselors.

Establish focus groups to address the academic, August 2020/Ongoing


social/emotional and career domains.

Send introductory email to school counselors. August 2020

Visit schools and meet with school counselors. Monthly/Ongoing

Develop relationship between middle and high Ongoing

Plan a Summer Retreat for all school counselors. November 2020- July 2020

Organize team building activities with school August 2020/Ongoing

incudes but limited to credit count sheets.
