2.0 The intending bidder must read the terms and conditions of NBCC carefully.

He
should only submit his bid if he considers himself eligible and he is in possession
of all the documents required.

4.0 The Bid document as uploaded can be viewed and downloaded free of cost by
anyone including intending bidder. But the bid can only be submitted after
uploading the mandatory scanned documents such as (a) Demand Draft/Pay
order or Banker‟s Cheque towards cost of bid document and payment processing
fees through e-payment Gateway. (b) Demand Draft/Pay order of Banker‟s
Cheque / Bank Guarantee of any Nationalized or approved Scheduled Bank (as
listed out in Annexure –M - page-95 of G.C.C.) against EMD. (c) All other
documents as per Notice Inviting e-tender.

5.0 The intending bidder must have class-III digital signature to submit the bid.

6.0 Set of Contract Document:

The following documents will constitute set of tender documents:-

a) Notice Inviting E-Tender (Page- 01 to 14)


b) Instruction to tenderers & General Conditions of Contract
(Vol-I/2011) (Page- 01 to 131)
c) Special Conditions of contract Page 15 to 36.
d) Specifications and list of Approved Makes (Page-16-28)
e) Bill of Quantities (One page)
f) Quoting Sheet for Bidder (one page)
g) Tender Drawing (03)
h) Integrity Pact (Page 30 to 36)
i) Corrigendum, if any

7.0 The bidders are required to quote strictly as per terms and conditions,
specifications, standards given in the tender documents and not to stipulate any
deviations.

8.0 After submission of the bid the bidder can re-submit revised bid any number of
times but before last time and date of submission of bid as notified.

9.0 When it is desired to submit revised financial bid then it shall be mandatory to
submit revised financial bid. If not submitted then the bid submitted earlier shall
become invalid.

10.0 On opening date, the bidder can login and see the bid opening process.

11.0 Contractors can upload documents in the form of JPG form and PDF format.
