in Annexure – III.

g) Certificate of financial Turnover duly certified by CA as indicated above.

h) Form - XXV (Appendix – N) of GCC – Detail of balance work in hand.

i) Form - XXVI (Appendix – O) of GCC - Affidavit.

j) Power of Attorney of the person having digital signature for


signing/submitting the Bid.

k) All pages of all the Corrigendum (if any) duly signed by the authorized person.

l) Copy of all valid Tax / Statutory registration certificates: Income


Tax/VAT/Service Tax / EPF.
