be deposited in a separate envelop marked as "Other Documents".

Both the envelopes shall be placed in another envelope with due


mention of Name of work, date & time of opening of bids and to be
submitted in the office of NBCC before last date & time of
submission of bid and upto 3.00 PM on 14.06.2013.

The documents submitted shall be opened at 4.00 PM on the same


day.

Online Technical Bid documents submitted by intending bidders shall


be opened only of those bidders, whose EMD, Cost of Bid Document
and e-Tender processing fee and other documents placed in the
envelope are found in order. The Price Bid of those bidders whose
documents found to be in order shall be opened. The date of
opening of price bid shall be informed to the bidder.

4.0 The bid submitted shall become invalid and cost bid & e-Tender
processing fee shall not be refunded if -

i) The bidder is found ineligible.


ii) The bidder does not upload all the documents (including
service tax registration/VAT registration/Sales Tax
Registration) / EPF registration as stipulated in the bid
document.
iii) If any discrepancy is noticed between the documents as
uploaded at the time of submission of bid and hard copies
as submitted physically in the office of tender opening
authority.

5.0 After submission of the bid, the bidder can re-submit revised bid any
number of times but before last time and date of submission of bid
as notified.

6.0 The bid for the works shall remain open for acceptance for a period
of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of bids. If any bidders
withdraws his bid before the said period or issue of letter of
acceptance, whichever is earlier, or makes any modifications in the
terms and conditions of the bid which are not acceptable to the
NBCC, then the NBCC shall, without prejudice to any other right or
remedy, be at liberty to forfeit the said earnest money as aforesaid.
Further the bidders shall not be allowed to participate in the
rebidding process of work.

7.0 NBCC reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders in part or full
without assigning any reason whatsoever thereof. NBCC does not
bind themselves to accept the lowest tender. The NBCC reserves the
right to award the work to a single party or split the work amongst
two or more parties as deemed necessary without assigning any
