Following our recent discussions, I would like to offer you the position of Apprentice in

following points outline the terms and conditions I am proposing.

Salary: $25,000.00 per year

Probation: Full-time employment status with Company Name will be granted upon
successful completion of a probationary period of three (3) months from the Start Date of
employment. Approximately one (1) month prior to the end of this period, the employee
will meet with his supervisor to discuss performance to date.

Group benefits: Following successful completion of a three (3)-month probationary


period, you will be eligible to participate in the company benefits plan, which include

Following the initial probationary period, a progression and performance review will be
conducted on a quarterly basis to assess performance to-date, and to clarify or modify this
arrangement, as the need may arise.

This arrangement may be terminated by either party upon a thirty (3) day notice in
writing to either party.
