AUTHORITY TO SELL

By virtue of my fiduciary trust, and in consideration of your acceptance of my offer, I


hereby give you the Authority to Sell my Property as herein described below under the following
stipulations, terms and conditions, to wit:

Tax Declaration No  : 21-009-1562 lot 2661-part (CAD 860-D) and 21-009-1563 Lot 2661-part
(CAD 860-D)
Property Description: Lot only
Location                   : New Agutaya, San Vicente, Palawan
Lot Area (SQM)       : 58,028sqm
Selling Price (Php)  : 350 Pesos per Sqm
Terms of Payment   :  50% downpayment and the balance of 50% payable upon the
transfer of the Tax Declaration in the name of the buyer
Professional Fee :  5% commission of the actual selling price
Validity                    : UNTIL SOLD
Expenses                :  On the account of the undersigned brokers

The seller shall receive only the amount of __________________________________


less _____ commission.

The seller hereby allows the brokers to put a mark up on the price to cover taxes and
expenses such as Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, Transfer Tax, Attorney’s fee,
notarization fee, and such other incidental expenses that the undersigned brokers may defray as
a result thereof.

The seller warrants that the price of the property as herein defined and agreed shall be
the price to be used as the basis of the final purchase price unless negotiated further by the
broker for a lower price.

Nota Bene: This Authority to Sell (ATS) cancels the previously executed ATS dated February 22,
2018 done in Puerto Princessa, Palawan.
