5. Duties: You will perform such duties and observe and conform to such directions/ instructions,
which may be assigned or communicated to you by the Management from time to time.

6. Your services are liable to be transferred to any associated company, department, section, post
and place whether at the time of posting or any other place, where the Management may
establish/open a branch/ office later on. Upon such transfer the rules and regulation and service
conditions applicable to such post or at place of transfer will become applicable to you. Further

upon such transfer your earned leave will not be en-cashed but transferred to the account of
the associate company.

7. That your appointment will be further subject to the verification of your credentials,
testimonials and other particulars mentioned by you in your application, at the time of your
appointment. In case it comes to the notice of the management that the particulars given by
you in your application were wrong, your appointment shall be deemed to be automatically
cancelled irrespective of whether you have joined duty upon your selection. In such a
contingency, you shall be liable to be discharged forthwith without any notice or salary in lieu of
notice.

8. You will be in the exclusive employment of this organization and you will not engage yourself
alone or in company with any other person in any work or business conflicting with the interest
of the organization. You will do your duties honestly and diligently and to the entire satisfaction
of the management.

9. You will be on probation for a period of six months with effect from __________. The period of
probation can be extended by another six months at the discretion of the management. Your
Probation period of employment shall come to an end only after a confirmation from the
Reporting Head. After confirmation, your services are liable to termination at one month notice
or salary in lieu thereof. You shall also serve a similar notice in case you resign otherwise you
shall be liable to pay one month wages to the Management or the same will be forfeited out of
your dues.

10. In case of dishonesty, immoral behavior or violation of the rules & regulations of the
organization on your part, your services will be terminated without any notice and salary in lieu
of notice.

11. You will be governed by the Rules & Regulations/Service Conditions of the Company in force at
present and as amended from time to time and will carry out the instructions, standing orders
and office orders issued as and when necessary.

12. That you shall keep all the secrets, information and will not divulge to any person or company
such secrets or information of any description obtained by you concerning the business and
affairs of the organization.

13. That you will ensure that all necessary records of the staff working under you, are maintained
and you will further ensure that any statutory return or information of any description obtained
by you concerning the business and affairs of the organization.

14. You will act as a liaison between the staff under you and your superiors.

15. That you shall interpret the policy of the Directors of the organization and shall further ensure
that the same are duly carried out by your subordinates.

16. You will clearly define the duties and responsibilities of the staff working under you and shall
post, deploy and allocate duties to them according to the exigencies of the work.

17. That you will be entitled to leave and holidays as per the leave policy of the company. Earned
Leaves will not be en-cashed for the first year of your service.

18. That your employment is subject to termination on either side in accordance with the provisions
of The Shops & Establishment act. Since the notice required to be given in this regard would be
for the benefit of the other party, the party to whom notice of termination is given shall be
entitled and competent to waive either wholly or partly the requirement of such notice and in
such an eventually your employment shall stand terminated forthwith.

19. You will retire on attaining the age of 58 years which is the age of superannuation as far your
services is concerned. No notice will be required for that. Before this your employment is
subject to remaining fit both physically as well as mentally.

20. No authority is vested upon you either to make any financial commitment or enter into
agreements / contracts / understandings of any nature with any second party or third party
without seeking the prior permission / approval of the Management and in his absence from the
under signed. Any violation to exceed your specified authority as mentioned will be seriously
viewed and strict disciplinary / appropriate legal action will be taken.

If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, p lease confirm your acceptance by signing
and returning to us the duplicate copy of this letter attached herewith.
