The Idea of Integral

A. General Instruction

1. Copy the header of this document for your write-up.


2. For encoded output, it should be written in:

a. long bond paper: font size (Arial 11), single spaced; double spaced between paragraphs.
b. Margin: 1 inch at the top, bottom, left and right side.
c. There should be a footer. Font size is Arial 9; positioned at the rightmost part of the
bottom page. You can have your own design for your footer. The footer text is shown
below:

3. For hand-written output, write-up should be written in long bond paper and following the
required margin of the encoded output. Borderline may not be drawn, just estimate the
spacing.

B. Instruction for Written Activity

I. Introduction: Make one paragraph for your introduction consisting of at least 5 but not
more than 10 sentences.

II. Objectives: Enumerate at least 2 objectives for this activity.

C. Required Output

1. For the lesson tasks, hand-written or encoded output is allowed.


2. For encoded output, follow the format indicated in Letters A and B.
3. In submitting your individual output, the file name, for example, is: Espartinez - Math 2
(Task 1b)
4. When the leader collects the outputs of his/her members, group outputs are placed in a file
folder, bearing the name as shown:

Example: From Group 1, the folder is: G1: Math Task 1b

5. Collection of output

a. As always, in a separate word document, the leader should create a list indicating the
name of the members, the date and time of submission. The word document should be
included in the group’s file folder.
b. The class monitor (the President), should also make a list when and what time the
group leader has submitted their group’s output folder.

6. Deadline for submission: This coming Sunday, September 6, 2020 (at most 7 PM).
