CONFIRMATION OF DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

I, RUBEDITH L. JABOYA, of legal age, married and resident of Agaman Sur, Baggao,
Cagayan.

WITNESSETH

That I am of the children of Spouses RUBEN L. LABINE and EDITHA L. LABINE

That RUBEN L. LABINE with full acknowledge and consent of his wife, sometime in July
2001 sold a portion of their property designated as Lot 114, PLS 72 (FV-45124) covered by OCT-
P-6145 containing an area of then thousand (10, 000) sq.m. more or less consideration of the
amount of one hundred fifty thousand pesos in favour of MERLYN S. LIAT.

That the transaction mentioned above is known by the brothers and sister.

That I herby AFFIRM, CONFIRM, and RATIFY the said sale in favour of MERLYN S. LIAT,
who since the sale was made in favour of them by RUBEN L. LABINE and his wife are in
continuous, adverse nd open possession of the portion of the land herein mentioned.

That this deed of confirmation of previous sale are likewise known by the children of
Spouses RUBEN and EDITHA LABINE

That I know the foregoing facts of my own personal knowledge being one of the children
of said spouses of RUBEN L. LABINE and his EDITHA L. LABINE and further more I actually
witnessed the transaction referred to this presents.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 12 th day of May 2010 at
Tuguegarao City.
