In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as DISBURSING


OFFICER of Ligaya Elementary School for the School Year 2019-2020, effective July
10, 2019.

As such, you are hereby expected to perform the following:

1. To assist the utilization of school MOOE in accordance with budgeting,


accounting and COA rules and regulations.
2. Compiles and maintain financial information related to school activities.
3. Reconciles financial data for the purpose of maintaining account balances
and ensuring compliance with established accounting practices.

This designation does not entail additional remuneration and shall be revoked
anytime by the appointing authority.
