GENERAL INSTRUCTION:-
1 All the terms and conditions of MTF governing the Tender Enquiry shall apply.
Deposit Balance Cost of Wheat allotted with applicable taxes within 7 (Seven) working days from the next date of issue of this communication, in maximum Two Instalments . i.e.

12.12.2014 to 20.12.2014 in FCI, Bank (A/c no. 33613760870, IFSC Code: SBIN 0005793 MP NAGAR BHOPAL )
3 In respect of Issuance of Release Order, no part Release Order shall be issued.

The Parties should lift the alloted stocks within 14 (fourteen) working days without any storage charges i.e. w.e.f 12.12.2014 to 30.12.2014 as per E-Auction terms and conditions.

5 The Parties may request for extension of another 21(Twenty One) working days and lift the alloted stocks with payment of storage charges w.e.f 31.12.2014 to 24.01.2015 in
Concerned Distt. Office as per E-Auction terms and conditions.

After Expiry of Total 35 (Thirty Five) Working days, no further extension will be granted and an amount equivalent to value of unlifted quanitity or amount equivalent to EMD,
Whichever is lower, shall be recovered/ forfeited and the balance amount if any, to be refunded to the bidder as per E-auction terms and conditions. This may please be noted.

7 The above instruction are only illustrative and not exhauative. For detailed terms and conditions successful parties must refer to detail MTF.

BIDDERS WHO ARE NOT QUALIFIED IN ABOVE E-AUCTION ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT APPLICATION FOR REFUND OF EMD DEPOSITED AGAINST E- AUCTION DATED 11.12.14, IN
DULY FILLED AND SIGNED PRE-RECIEPT PROFORMA (ENCLOSED HEREWITH), TO ENABLE THIS OFFICE FOR TIMELY REFUND AS PER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF E-AUCTION.
