CONVEYANCING:

1 Draft a Partition Deed in respect of Partition of a House, which can be partitioned by


Metes and Bounds amongst four Co- Sharers giving them separately their respective
shares.
2 Draft a General Power of Attorney on behalf of Mr. ‘A’ in favour of Mr.‘B’ thereby
empowering him with all the powers to manage his movable and immovable properties
including the alienation of the properties by way of Mortgage, Lease, Sale and in any
other manner what so ever.
3 Draft a Gift Deed made at Chandigarh on August 10, 2018 between Mr. ‘X’ and Ms. ‘P’
of a land of 5000 Square Feet within local limits of Punjab Municipal Corporation
bearing plot no 36, Sector 12, Chandigarh. Details of adjacent properties are as follows:

On or Towards East- open space bearing plot no 35

On or Towards North- Two feet wide road

On or Towards West- Six feet wide road

On or Towards South- standing building on plot no 39

4 Draft a sake Deed made at Chandigarh on August 10, 2020 between Mr. ‘X’ and Ms. ‘P’
of a land of 5000 Square Feet within local limits of Punjab Municipal Corporation
bearing plot no 36, Sector 12, Chandigarh with a price of rupees 20 lakhs. Details of
adjacent properties are as follows:

On or Towards East- open space bearing plot no 35

On or Towards North- Two feet wide road

On or Towards West- Six feet wide road

On or Towards South- standing building on plot no 39


5 Draft a Sale Deed entered into between Mr. Ramesh Negi, resident of House No 20, New Vasant
Vihar, Near Sethi Market, Dehradun and Shri Namdev Gupta, resident of House no 60, Hari
Vihar, Vijay Park Extension, Dehradun on August 25, 2018 at Kalindi Enclave, Balliwala
Chowk, Dehradun. Mr. Ramesh is the absolute owner of House no.-68, Hari Vihar, Dehradun
which he has purchased under deed of sale dated January 31 st, 2007 registered as Document no
17/2008.

6 ‘Y’ wants to give Rs.5,00,000 to ‘Z’ on mortgage of ‘Z’s 20 Lakh rupees worth house property to
him @15% interest per year. Draft a mortgage deed for them.
7 ‘X’ wishes to gift his house to ‘W’ his daughter. Draft a gift-deed on behalf of ‘X’ in favour
of ‘W’.

8 Prepare a Special Power of Attorney wherein your brother has authorized you to collect rent of
property P which is owned by your brother ‘Rahul’.

9 X has agreed to sell his house to Y for Rs. 5 lacs, Y has paid Rs. One lac as earnest money.
The sale is to be completed within two months from the date of agreement. Draft an
agreement to sell the said house.

10 Draft a Will on behalf of a testator assuming your own facts.
