yourself at the same time. You may choose one of these art journal prompts listed below:

1. What’s your favorite word?


Is there a word that has special meaning for you? Or maybe you just like the way it sounds?
Write it down and make art around it.

2. What’s your favorite song/lyrics?


Perhaps you can share about your favorite song or some lyrics that you find personal
connection with. Write it down and make art around it.

Creating your Art Journal does not have to be expensive or complicated. You may use any of the
following materials available in your home or store near you:
1. Old Notebooks/Sketchbook/ Planner/ Bond Paper;
2. Pencil/ Pen;
3. Watercolor/ Crayons/ Paint or Any Coloring Materials;
4. Other materials you want to use to make your art more creative and interesting.
