HO160 Specification Sheet

The HO 160 system uses hydrogen peroxide vapor and low temperatures to rapidly sterilize medical instruments without toxic residues. It can sterilize instruments sterilized by steam, ethylene oxide, formaldehyde, or peracetic acid. Temperatures do not exceed 55°C, making it suitable for heat-sensitive items. It has four sterilization cycles between 28-80 minutes. The system uses a hydrogen peroxide vapor generator and works at low moisture levels. It achieves a sterility assurance level of 10-6 by eliminating G. stearothermophilus spores.

HO 160

Hydrogen peroxide Sterilizer

HO 160 System, developed by NWW, uses a

combination of hydrogen peroxide vapor
and low-temperature to rapidly sterilize
most medical instruments and materials
without leaving any toxic residues. The
technology can be used to sterilize a wide
range of medical devices currently sterilized
in steam, ethylene oxide, formaldehyde, or
peracetic acid. Since the load temperatures
do not exceed 55˚C and sterilization occurs
in a low moisture environment, the HO
