Global Volunteer is an opportunity for a young person to develop leadership
qualities by living a cross cultural volunteer experience through a volunteering
VOLUNTEER project contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals.

In the past 5 years AIESEC in Pakistan has sent out 2620+ individuals for a
life changing cross cultural exchange through OGV.

Global Talent is an opportunity for the youth to develop their leadership
qualities whilst boosting their career prospects through an international
internship.
Duration: 6-8 Weeks: Opportunities can be with either salary or
accommodation covered. 9-78 Weeks: Opportunities should provide at least
salary
Organizations: MNCs, SMEs, Start-Ups, NGOs, Incubators, Accelerators and
other umbrella organizations.

Global Teacher is an opportunity for the youth to develop their leadership


whilest boosting their career opportunities through an international teaching
internship.
Duration: 9-78 Weeks: Opportunities should provide at least salary.

In the past 5 years AIESEC in Pakistan has sent out 300+ individuals and has
hosted 85+ for a life changing cross cultural exchange through OGTa/Te and
IGTa/Te respectively

BRANDING FOR
Branding for Customer Experience does all the branding for various
campaigns and promotions, graphic designs, video developments, blog
updates and online campaigns. In addition to that, they do all the on-ground
marketing and campaigning as well.

To become one of them you must be detail oriented, have the ability to work
under pressure and be very willing to learn.

Marketing for AIESEC depends on leading campaigns run nationally, and


working along the lines of digitally enhancing and inspiring one’s ability to
drive change. BCXP requires the artistry of innovation and skill set of being
intricate, to think outside the box and to question the box itself.

PUBLIC RELATIONS
DEVELOPMENT & Partnership Development at is the department that overlooks all external
partner collaborations that AIESEC undertakes. This can include various
entities such as NGOs and corporations. The primary role of the PD
PARTNERHIP

department is to innovate ways through which AIESEC can launch


mutually beneficial campaigns or projects that lead to future growth of
AIESEC. PD also functions as a relationship management department
which caters to various stakeholders while ensuring that any engagements
with partners are being delivered in the best possible way.

Public Relations is essentially the key stakeholder management office and


covers all relevant stakeholders of AIESEC (companies, customers etc).
The purpose of PR is to maintain a strong image of what AIESEC is striving
for and how this is relevant to our stakeholders. PR is the core function
when it comes to impression management of the entity and focuses purely
on the perception of the AIESEC's stakeholders.
LEGAL
FINANCE &
FnL
Finance and Legal is the Functional Area in charge of the finance and legal
matters of the Local Committee. They are the in-house 'lawyers' and
money experts.

Basic functions include keeping track of the entity's account, collection of


dues, drafting of yearly and quarterly budgets for the entity, registration of
the organization with the school authorities and updating the entity's
constitution and rules (If we have money issues, these are the go-to guys).

Finance and Legal inherently operates on six basic standards including


accounting, auditing, budgeting, reporting, sustainablity and legalities.
TM & ICOMMS
MANAGEMENT & Talent Management is the Human Resources arm of the entities. TM make
sure everybody is always happy (and they work really hard to make it
happen).

The TM department helps to recruit new members, develop members to


their full potential, monitor development progress and manage all LC
ICOMMS

sessions and events.


TALENT

As a TM member, you play a pivotal role in ensuring and setting the pace
for member learning and development and setting the LC culture through
Internal Communication (ICOMMS) and monitoring. The TM processes
span Get, Develop, Keep and Repeat process; all of which are detailed
throughout the quarters
