1. Choose and explain one dimensions of wellness.

Physical wellness involves seeking standard physical development, a nutritious eating routine,
satisfactory rest, and rehearsing safe practices. It allows us to maximize our everyday exercises
without excessive exhaustion or physical pressure. It is stabilizing our physical well-being and mental
health to keep our bodies in a good shape. It is not only about being away from diseases, it also
focuses on self-care, on what is good and comfortable for you as you go on with your daily tasks.

Physical wellness encourages us to function to our optimum capabilities while avoiding possible
risks and injuries. It also stimulates us to live capably and take care of our bodies. It lets us recognize
our day-to-day propensities and practices that may affect our health and quality of life. It allows us
to perform at our best every day in the different aspects of our life. It reduces the risks of acquiring
chronic illnesses, as one is aware that prevention is better than cure.

The significance of physical wellness is that it helps us live to the fullest every day. We, as
physically good individuals with a healthy body, will also have a healthy mind with prosperity and an
optimistic mood towards life.

2. Which is better in relation to a healthy lifestyle, modern technology or manual labor/ justify your
answer?

Concerning a healthy lifestyle, manual labor is better. Aside from it allows an individual to move,
stretch, and exercise the whole body, manual labor can help you improve your skills and develop
coordination as it prepares you for life challenges. It also reduces the risk of having a chronic illness.
It will also help maintain a fit body as it gradually burns calories. Manual labor gives benefits that
will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. For example, a person who does manual labor such as
cooking and cleaning can develop their body as all the body organs, muscles, and bones are working
as well.

On the other hand, modern technology gives off many harmful effects than benefits. Even
though modern technology makes life easier, too much consumption of it might cause harm to an
individual. It may make communication, education, transportation, and even business transactions
trouble-free it will still cause too many health problems. Aside from this, modern technology may
cause people to stay immobile and serve as a distraction. Unlike in doing manual labor, muscles,
bones, and other organs will not be exercised and developed, but instead, they would stay
powerless as the body stays motionless as well. A kid, for example, who stays all day playing games
on his gadget instead of playing outdoors and engaging in physical activities, has a higher risk of
being obese, as calories are not burned.

3. Make a list of activities that develop a healthy lifestyle.

 Keep up an ordinary rest plan and get between 7-9 hours of rest every night.
 Eat an assortment of sound nourishments and control your dinner divides.
 Take part in exercises and activities that make your pulse increment, and make you sweat.
 Maintain good personal hygiene by taking a bath regularly to avoid acquiring germs and viruses
that may cause diseases.
 Evade soft drinks and sugar-improved beverages due to the unreasonable calories in soft drinks
and sugary drinks.
 Avoid smoking, drinking unhealthy beverages such as liquor, and intake of illegal drugs that will
affect not only the mind but also the whole body.
 Tune in to your body, react properly, and figure out how to perceive early indications of ailment.
 Keep a healthy weight to prevent obesity, heart diseases, and other chronic illness.
 Occasionally, to keep the pressure and the requests of life from assuming control over, enjoy a
reprieve to accomplish something you love doing.
 Drink at any rate 1.5 liters of liquid daily.s
 Challenge your mind by playing mind or board games, solving puzzles, and problems.
