Defending As A Unit: Practice Organisation

This document provides instructions for a defensive practice drill aimed at organizing a unit and playing as a team from the back. The drill involves one team attacking with a numerical advantage while the other defends. The defending team aims to regain possession and break out of their half by passing to neutral players in the gates. Key points are maintaining depth and shape as a back four while communicating and pressing as a unit to unsettle the attack before transitioning to offense.
