array(250MW), Auxiliary equipment’s(Battery chargers, Battery, ACDB, DCDB etc.), and QC/QA of
electrical system from May-2012 to July-2014.
 Worked at Reliance Industries Limited- Manager - Electrical: Operation & maintenance of Captive
Power Plant (Steam turbine generators), HT/LT Sub-Stations, Boiler auxiliary equipments, HT/LT
Motors & Utility Plant (Cooling towers, DM Plant, Air compressor house, Refrigeration house etc.) at
Petrochemical Manufacturing Division and SPV power plant from Sep-2008 to May-2012.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Successfully commissioned 200 MW SPV Power plant (EPC): Erection, testing and commissioning of 132/33
KV switchyard &66/11KV Switch Yard, power transformers (132/33KV, 33/.360KV,11/.380 KV), 33 KV
outdoor switchgear, Inverters, Service panels, Battery chargers, 33 KV cable 50 KM (1CX800, 1CX400,
3CX150, 3CX95 & 3cX70 sqmm AL), LT Power & control cable laying, Lighting arrester and Earthing
system etc. (May -12-July-14).
 Operation and maintenance of 200 MW SPV power plant till stabilization and handed over to O&M team.
(May -12-July-14).
 Appreciation letter received for Best Erection and commissioning Engineer.
 Successfully commissioned associated electrical system of 302 KM, 16” natural gas pipeline.(2015-16)
 Commissioning of CO2 flooding system for steam turbine turbo generators (2X15.75 MVA). (2010)

Presently working as Sr. Manager Electrical: 16” Dia. 302 KM long Natural gas pipeline
{Shahdol(MP) to Phulpur(UP)} associated electrical system Operation and Maintenance i.e. Captive Power
Generation(GEG/DEG), Indoor/Outdoor sub-stations, Transformers, HT, LT/Control cables, Battery
chargers, Battery, ACDB, DCDB etc. and QC/QA of electrical system during commissioning stage of
project.
Job Responsibilities:
 Planning of Preventive, Breakdown and Shutdown maintenance activities of Electrical system.
 Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory norms and safety standards (LLF/earthing
testing etc.).
 Troubleshooting of HV/LV Switchgears, Power cables up to 11KV, Control cables and Protective relays.
 Identify areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment as per process
requirement.
 All SAP operations related to Work Permit management, Daily jobs planning, shutdown planning, Material
management, Bill of Material, Purchase Requisition (PR), SAP code generation and specification
enrichment.
 Responsible for materials and services procurement as and when required.
 Manage electrical maintenance priorities, vendor performance and repair tracking system.
 Performance Measurement and Review: Enter quality data into maintenance management system(SAP PM
Tool), to ensure accurate plant and equipment information is maintained
 Permit and isolation audits, control and monitor permits and long term Isolations.
 Prepare Daily maintenance equipment status Log and update in SAP system with Work permits/ Isolation
permits close history report after work completion.
 Overseeing installation, calibration, testing and overhauling of electrical equipment in use by using
precision test equipment and other tools.
 Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) process and review (Hazardous Inspection Risk Analysis).
 Ensure that all records/logs/certificates are maintained and updated for Internal or third party audit.
 Support commissioning and optimization of new and modified plant.
 Engineering Drawing/document review for Electrical equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
 Imparting training to junior staff and vendors for Electrical safety, Quality control/Quality assurance,
